Honestly fantastic! Exactly what I needed and just glad I'm able to buy something which doesn't end up in landfill

Second time I've purchased from Back Market after joyous first experience. These ear buds are great and we're delivered as new. Amazing condition, and about £90 less than I was going to pay for them elsewhere. Really pleased with the buds too, even though they're not really suitable for running. Sound is great, and ANC is excellent. The real selling point for me is the fit - they're super duper comfy. Microphone could be better, but the functionality and link up to my Pixel 6 Pro is absolutely seemless. Battery life is fine, and I've basically lived in these things since I've bought them. Smashing stuff. Great comms and experience from Back Market. If you're reading this, you're considering it. Do it.

Bought these at excellent condition at almost half the price of the original price, and they feel and work brand new. Even when I opened the packaging, it felt like I was opening a new pair of headphones. Very Very happy with my purchase

Item is dirty, does not work, is the wrong colour and has not been reset. The earphones have turned up absolutely filthy, clearly have not been refurbished at all, they are not the white & blue set I purchased, they also do not even work. The right earbud has a chirping noise and minimal to no volume, which after some research is often due to how dirty & unmaintained they are. Pairing the item it crops up with the previous persons name, clearly hasn't been reset despite how easy the process is. A health hazard.

I received my order after 11 WORKING DAYS, only to discover that the wrong item was sent. The seller left a note urging buyers not to leave negative reviews and also provided contact details. Unfortunately, the contact number is not available, which is why I'm posting this here. In summary, I am frustrated.

gave me the complete wrong colours to what I actually ordered, otherwise the product itself is excellent and works as intended

Just scamming people by saying it has "light wear to body" This thing has been dragged along the floor.
