Second time I've purchased from Back Market after joyous first experience. These ear buds are great and we're delivered as new. Amazing condition, and about £90 less than I was going to pay for them elsewhere. Really pleased with the buds too, even though they're not really suitable for running. Sound is great, and ANC is excellent. The real selling point for me is the fit - they're super duper comfy. Microphone could be better, but the functionality and link up to my Pixel 6 Pro is absolutely seemless. Battery life is fine, and I've basically lived in these things since I've bought them. Smashing stuff. Great comms and experience from Back Market. If you're reading this, you're considering it. Do it.

Item is dirty, does not work, is the wrong colour and has not been reset. The earphones have turned up absolutely filthy, clearly have not been refurbished at all, they are not the white & blue set I purchased, they also do not even work. The right earbud has a chirping noise and minimal to no volume, which after some research is often due to how dirty & unmaintained they are. Pairing the item it crops up with the previous persons name, clearly hasn't been reset despite how easy the process is. A health hazard.
