The phone was in lovely condition and arrived quickly. It was a pleasant surprise for my son who had broken his phone. Always use back market and will be back!

Phone arrived promptly; seemed to me to be in fine condition and working well (not that I'm any sort of connoisseur of smartphones). Very happy with it and pleased to be able to buy reconditioned; I'm already a serial purchaser of refurbished laptops. It's good to know this can happen with smartphones too. I would have highlighted the very smiley face but I can't bring myself to use the word "awesome" other than ironically, too old for that, so it had to be 4/5.

Very pleased with condition of product

Not really sure what to expect, but the phone (Galaxy S8) seems to be performing well. The order process was easy and the delivery comms were effective and efficient. When I next need a new phone, I'll be coming back to Back Market.

I had a bit of an accident with my old Samsung Galaxy S8 and wanted a replacement handset at a reasonable price. I opted for a reconditioned model and I wasn't disappointed. The phone was in immaculate condition - like new. The delivery was fast so within 2 days I was transferring my data to the new phone. Very happy!
