So far, I am more than happy with my new refurbished phone from Back Market. The phone looked to be in good condition, with no signs of wear. The battery is lasting longer than my previous phone, too. Overall, a happy customer.

Totally delighted with my new phone. Arrived promptly and in really good condition, better than I was expecting. Only tiny scratches as described but as I use a case and screen protector nobody would know it wasn't brand new, it certainly functions like new phone! 10/10 would recommend a refurbished phone from Backmarket.

The best trade-in and refurbished website. I've traded in two phones, and bought one. The prices offered are the best across the board. And the prices to buy are more than reasonable, especially with the high quality care they take with each item. An 'excellent' item really does seem brand new! I recommend this site to everyone.

Launched in 2024, I now have a phone that's just 1 year old for a fantastic price. Next purchase will be a replacement laptop!

One quibble - you keep sending me emails making the case for reconditioned phones over new - but I literally just bought one! That's why you have my email address! You are preaching to the converted, and I am not about to buy another phone a week after I bought this one. As above I'm very happy with my purchase! The phone was in the stated condition and fully functional. However, it was originally a T-Mobile USA model, even though it had been unlocked. For someone in the UK, this posed an issue — software updates were significantly delayed. While most users had already received One UI 7, this device was still running version 6, not even 6.1, despite showing as up to date. Perhaps it was just bad luck, but it’s an important point to consider — the phone was at least 1.5 years behind in software updates, with no clear timeline for when future updates would arrive. Aside from that, everything was in perfect condition. However, I ultimately decided to return it.

I ordered a fair quality phone and it's brilliant. The battery life is excellent and the only mark on the phone is a slight scratch on the screen which is barely visible, especially now I have a screen protector on it. I like the size of it. The only very slight niggle is that there wasn't a widget to open the sim card slot with the phone in the box. I'm expecting a long life from this phone and so far it has performed beautifully. I highly recommend back market.
