Brilliant. Ordered a galaxy s24 in fair condition and it arrived a day early with barely a scratch! If you are hesitating about refurbished phones, go for it. Got me £330 off vs brand new with a couple tiny marks on the screen you can only see with bright light and a few battery cycles down. Back market and this supplier have great standards.

My phone arrived in an incredible condition - just like brand new! This was my first refurbished phone purchase and I would always go refurbished moving forward! You are frequently reminded how much energy/ you have reduced for buying refurbished. It is also a lot more affordable and trading in your old phone was so easy. No more old phones sitting at home in a box!

So far, I am more than happy with my new refurbished phone from Back Market. The phone looked to be in good condition, with no signs of wear. The battery is lasting longer than my previous phone, too. Overall, a happy customer.

Totally delighted with my new phone. Arrived promptly and in really good condition, better than I was expecting. Only tiny scratches as described but as I use a case and screen protector nobody would know it wasn't brand new, it certainly functions like new phone! 10/10 would recommend a refurbished phone from Backmarket.

As a first timer with Back Market I was a little apprehensive. However all has gone completely smoothly so far. I've been using my Galaxy S24 for a couple of weeks now and it has been faultless in every respect, just like new and I would have no hesitation in returning when the time comes to renew.

Getting used to the Samsung layout. Still prefer the Huawei but politics have controlled the market. I don't mind who spy's on me China or Google. But why does the screen protector come in a pack of two? Would have preferred option of single non reflective cover for the cost.

One quibble - you keep sending me emails making the case for reconditioned phones over new - but I literally just bought one! That's why you have my email address! This transaction was first rate. The phone is as new. the delivery was swift. I have bought several phones from Backmarket and they represent really good value. I would not go back to buying the latest thing tied in with a contract.
