Brilliant. Ordered a galaxy s24 in fair condition and it arrived a day early with barely a scratch! If you are hesitating about refurbished phones, go for it. Got me £330 off vs brand new with a couple tiny marks on the screen you can only see with bright light and a few battery cycles down. Back market and this supplier have great standards.

My phone arrived in an incredible condition - just like brand new! This was my first refurbished phone purchase and I would always go refurbished moving forward! You are frequently reminded how much energy/ you have reduced for buying refurbished. It is also a lot more affordable and trading in your old phone was so easy. No more old phones sitting at home in a box!

Bought as Excellent grade and it's basically flawless, with not a scratch on the body or screen. I needed the 512GB variant for my old school mp3 collection, so this is a Korean model as the 512 was never released in the UK.

Received later than expected but that was the fault of the carrier. Phone was in great condition, it really looked as good as new. Everything works as it should. It was a good price so I am completely happy with my purchase.
