I bought the refurbished Samsung A71 for my wife, as she kept on complaining that the camera on my A71 were far superior to the ones her phone produced. First delivery: we were away from home and not due back until Sunday 24th March 2024. Late pm on the previous Friday (22nd), I placed the order, having noted that the scheduled delivery will be either Monday 25th or Tuesday 26th. The first delivery attempt was on the Saturday, the second on the Sunday (an hour before we got home), and the third and successful delivery was on the Monday. Am I complaining? No, certainly not, thank you for the prompt service. Second, the phone: The only indication that the phone wasn't brand new was the back-plate; but as my wife uses a cover, who cares? It was easy to set up and my wife is pleased with it. Phew! A new-ish A71 for half the price of a new one; thank you Back Market.

This is my third purchase on back market, saying I’m impressed with the service is understating it. The phone came really quick and it’s really clean. Although I paid for excellent condition but I’m surprised at how clean it is.

Chose the A71 to upgrade from A51. This phone is in excellent condition charges really quickly and battery lasts much longer than I expected it to. Had a brand new charging cable with it. Ordered late Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday. Smooth transaction from start to finish.

as disabled person I fell over and broke my phone I got in touch with 02 and asked if I could bye a new phone and was told I had to have a new contract plus pay £220 pounds and pay for a new phone contract not very good service after I have been with virgin media/02 for 20 years. So back market was my choice and a good choice it was well done black market

Desperately needed a new phone and the A71 was recommended to me. Took me a long time to get all my apps and stuff across (I'm 70 and not tech savvy) but very happy now. Lost a couple of emails but nothing else. Phew! Anyway great service, great phone. Just one thing I can't find the email about insurance. Can you help please?

Have now had this phone for over a year and have not had any faults at all apart from one pixel on the screen flickering every now and again. Super happy with my purchase and when I do upgrade it will be with Back Market!
