bought for my not technical other half , needed a new phone but wanted the same make and model ,another great deal from a very happy previous customer , I would not really consider buying from anywhere else keep up the good work

The phone I ordered through backmarket looks as new. It arrived when they said it would and cost a lot less than a new phone of that specification would. Also it's a great way for not wasting a perfectly good phone just because someone wants an upgrade. My only small niggle was that there was no gadget to open the sim drawer so an assumption has been made that you already have had a phone that opens in this way. A pin didn't do the trick so I had to borrow one from someone to get started. Otherwise I can't fault them.

I bought this phone on fair rating and was honestly surprised of the condition that it came in. No complaints so far and I've it about a month and a day so far. only downside is the sim card slot and few.scratches on top however that's fair for the price to be fair

Arrived a day or so later than expected but I have to say it was very well packaged for transit and arrived in near perfect condition. The screen is flawless and the only marks were on the back and are mere small very shallow scuff marks.

Hi, this is the second phone I have purchased from Backmarket, and I'm once again impressed with the item. It has a couple of almost undicernible marks , otherwise it looks brand new and works beautifully. I will be gifting this item. I hope the recipient of this phone will be as suitably impressed with it as I am. It will be used as a second phone, so I am not too concerned about the trick and flashy things you usually have. It doesn't matter in this instance. The battery lasts for a long time, this in itself is a godsend Thank you Backmarket you have exceeded yourself again. I feel like I'm saving the planet and in return in possession of an amazing phone. Its a win win.

I got his to replace the same model bought as emergency cover to replace an old phone. The previous one was in the '' good'' category, and while it was glorious to simply have a working phone, it had issues such as a couple of sticking characters, slightly slow response, You get what you pay for, right ? I chose the '' excellent'' button this time round, and guess what ? No sticking letters, a much improved handling experience all round, and for not a huge difference in price ( I simply couldn't afford anything more 1st time round ). I really appreciate the choices of quality within the model range. You definitely, with this, my 3rd purchase, have a customer for an indefinite period of time. Thank you .
