Very good. Only problem, with the app it said to copy stuff across from my old phone, it was compatible with the new and not the old, despite them being identical!

I brought this phone for my son and until now he’s very happy with it, for a refurbished phone is in very good condition! No scratches at all! Thank you

Arrived quickly and secure 🔐 cheaper than replacing screen. Unfortunately updates run out this year. Upgrade next Christmas? Works well better condition than advertised. Will use again

Very pleased with purchase. Arrived on time and well packaged and in great condition. Only neg is I ordered a black phone but received a white one. But it sits in a case so no issues. The boss is now going to replace her phone using Back Market. All in all a very positive customer experience.
