I recently purchased a refurbished HP ProDesk 400 G6 Core i7-9700 3 - SSD 256 GB - 32GB from Back Market. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Pristine condition, There's no sign its been used and a bargain price.

I've only just got round to setting this up. As it happens I worked for Dell in a variety of roles, some of them technical, quite a few years ago but I've stayed loyal to the brand, and I'm not averse to sorting issues out myself. I bought the box to replace a still functional but aging Optiplex 790, which wouldn't upgrade to Windows 11, and I wanted a spec that would last. I was a shade disappointed that it didn't have an optical drive but I have a USB one so it's not a major drawback. I also failed to do my homework and found I couldn't connect my monitor to it owing to me not having a Displayport cable, (the 790 was DVI-D) which proved harder to obtain than I expected (Curry's PC World don't stock them in-store, but they could order me one - no thanks, I'm quite able to go on-line myself). I had also poked around inside and initially thought the hard drive was missing - then discovered it was an on-board 1Tb card - how technology has moved on...... Now up and running, and wow is it blisteringly quick - as it should be. This spec, albeit on a new platform, would have cost me more than double, had I ordered it from Dell. I love it, the only problem is that when i try to stream on twitch, whatever game i play it lags on stream but not on the pc, i think its mainly to do with twitch but even if it is the pc, i can just get a graphics card to solve the issue, amazing quality and i love it!

Arrived in great condition. I was expecting it to be battered a little but barely a scratch on it. Packaged well and sent almost instantly on payment. It was meant to be up to 3 day delivery but I received it in less than 24 hours from my order. Excellent service. And the PC works great! Really fast, just what I needed. It’s good but the windows wasn’t booting, the operating system was completely dead, it wasn’t a issue though because I was using Debian instead, but if someone doesn’t have a usb and doesn’t know what to do in that situation it might ruin there day

Arrived on time, monitor adapter & Usb WiFi dongle supplied Was expecting Windows 10 but came with Windows 11 Faultless for the price but only used a little for back up & photo stuff If all keeps going well bargain of the year

I was looking for a good chromebox to transition away from Wimdows 10 as a basic domestic user,. It was seemless and now I have a really quick computer start up and two screen system compared to the old laptop.

Noticed some rattling when removing from delivery packaging. A screw from the covering panel had come loose an was inside the PC. Easy to remove and reseat myself. Device works perfectly. Been using for a week with no issues at all. No visible wear on the device.

Almost new condition. Works fine with Windows 10 but the system is 11 capable so now in battle to prevent Microsoft installing that as an "upgrade". Only want system to run one task so may have to revert to Windows 7.
