The parcel arrived on time, very well packaged. I am very happy with the product after having tried it several times. You can't tell it's reconditioned, it works really well, and I'm very satisfied with my Cookéo.

First of all, it's not the one I ordered that was delivered; no problem, it was a higher model; no worries so far! it was afterwards that things started to go wrong: the first time I used it, I put it in the oven and after a while I saw steam escaping from both sides of the appliance, which was abnormal. so I decided to call for help, sent it back and barely a week later the appliance was returned to me, supposedly in perfect working order. OK, so I put it back in the oven and once again steam escapes from the appliance in the same places as the first time... so I don't mind that it's reconditioned, but don't push it; if it had been checked properly they would have seen the fault. In short, I wouldn't order anything from SK HOLDING now.

I received my Cookeo today and frankly I love it, I really have nothing to say, it came in its original box, still packed, you'd think I'd bought it new! I'm more than satisfied ☺️

Everything is fine, the cookeo is in excellent condition. Only " defect " is in French, with French recipes and not the Italian one 😓
