Couldn't be happier with the laptop I recieved. In excellent condition, wouldn't have even know it was refurbished and i only got the 'good spec' which is middle range for wear and tear. Delivery was super quick, quicker than advised which is always a bonus! Second laptop i have brought from Back Market, the only place I buy tech from now.

I'm happy about the laptop and the price I payed. However for that price I would have expected it to be cleaned properly. The laptop absolutely stinks of cigarettes. When the fans turn on the smell is made even worse. Yes, I needed to get it cleaned in alcohol but I'd have expected it to not stink from the beginning.

Really excellent, even outstanding service and product. Great response to order, delivered three days earlier than notification, laptop in perfect condition with not a mark on it, set up as if new. Will use this company for ask future tech. Really impressed.

Looks, feels and works as if brand new

The laptop wouldn’t work unless the mains cable was plugged in. This should have been discovered prior to selling the laptop on your site. You have sent me another laptop but I don’t want this I want a refund please

Very fast delivery, and packaged really well. I like how compact the Acer TravelMate is, and it was easy to set up and get started. It looks brand new too, really good condition and great price.

Not a good purchase. I chose this seller because ensured the products are fully checked as part of the refurbishment. However it is clear that they are not, as the laptop could not even start up! Over a couple of weeks wasted for now as they suggested to send it back after trying to instruct some quick fix over the email back&forth. I would not choose this seller if your work depends on the product you are purchasing as it can result in a significant inconvenience. Neither the seller has offered compensation. Finally, BackMarket web shows confusing when posting a bad review (under 3.2 out of 5 starts), unsusre if the review is posted as it sends me instead to their Help Center, which I already used but the only suitable option was to return the item to the seller.
