3.2/5Not a good purchase. I chose this seller because ensured the products are fully checked as part of the refurbishment. However it is clear that they are not, as the laptop could not even start up! Over a couple of weeks wasted for now as they suggested to send it back after trying to instruct some quick fix over the email back&forth. I would not choose this seller if your work depends on the product you are purchasing as it can result in a significant inconvenience. Neither the seller has offered compensation. Finally, BackMarket web shows confusing when posting a bad review (under 3.2 out of 5 starts), unsusre if the review is posted as it sends me instead to their Help Center, which I already used but the only suitable option was to return the item to the seller.
