The phone works perfectly fine, however, it did arrive with a couple of scratches to the case and a dent on the side. It was supposed to be in excellent condition so I was a bit disappointed in that; thats why I've rated it 4 not 5 stars.

received the black version instead of the white one but otherwise great phone. the plug it came with wasn't a UK one but everything else is good. phone looks brand new.

The 1st phone delivered had a fault, the bluetooth didn't work. Customer service was reactive, I sent it back and 1 week later I received a new one which worked perfectly, so I'm delighted with my purchase.

The phone is very high-performance and can run CPU-intensive games at the highest graphic settings with ease while still feeling very smooth, in timing with when I touch the screen with no lag and no latency and quick response time. The phone feels very nice and is simple and easy to use, the camera is of high quality and has many options. The phone is nice to the touch and is satisfying to use. The phone does not heat up at all, it may heat up slightly when first setting up as it needs to download all the software but after that, the phone heating up is not an issue! This phone literally has no weaknesses! Its super smooth to use, has a nice feel to it, the camera has tons of options and is of good quality, the brightness can go up super high, can run games that would typically put stress on cpus with great ease even with high graphic settings and it doesnt even heat up! Long-lasting battery-life and came super fast, packaging not damaged at all, phone in amazing condition felt 100% new. Came with the charging wire but not the power brick, it did come with the SIM card ejector tool. I did not really think I needed a phone, just wanted something to get the job done. But this phone blew my expectations away and cannot imagine being without it. Good storage too, great purchase. Very nice UI.

Product as advertised, pro+ 5G in like-new condition, Value for money+++ especially when taking the offer with Bouygues, after a month of use: very good screen quality, very responsive to use, good photo quality and portrait mode with the front camera quality!
