Brilliant fone it's now in west Africa with me,working brilliantly on thier network. May just have to buy another one soon.

couldn't make calls and white dots on the screen. sent back for refund. still waiting on redund.

I'm very happy with my phone particularly because the Sony Xperia xz is an old model that they don't make any more. I didn't want a brand new phone as I don't want this new technology. The service was very quick and the phone is in very good condition apart from a couple of scratches on the back. The only problem was that I had to use my credit card to buy the phone?? Not sure why it wouldn't accept my debit card. The other issue is the battery doesn't last long at all. I didn't think of this when I bought the phone. I would appreciate help on how I can improve this. Can a new battery be fitted?

Fantastic, super happy with the phone and service! The whole purchase process went excellent. Only problem initially with payment was that it failed and the system would not allow me to pay for the item for strict security reasons. It was a bit hard to figure out what was going on, despite this being a common problem with the security system of payment of Back Market. I would suggest making it easier for customers to understand the potential of this problem. It was not so easy to find under "help". I almost gave up! Thankfully when I realised and managed to write to customers support, they fixed it very well and quickly. Regards and thank you!

Absolutely immaculate, and not one fault in the software or any functions! More than please with this purchase, I've been going through the Xperia range since the Z1, this was an absolute great price I'm so glad I grabbed it when I did! Struggled at first as I couldn't find the way to get the my old phone and the "new" phone to recognise each other. Had to go to a friend who's boned up on these things. He sorted it and now I'm the delighted owner of a beautiful phone. It said fair in the description, but I consider it to be in pristine condition.

I never do reviews, but I need to for the service and quality and price, I was amazed. I smashed my screen on my old phone, I don't like contracts so came across backmarket, found my phone which was identical for a fraction on the high street, when it arrived its like new couldn't believe it. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU.
