Sony Xperia 5 IV 128GB - White - Unlocked

I've had the phone for two weeks and so far I'm completely satisfied. When it arrived, it came in perfect condition - I would have thought it was new - and the set up process was completely normal for an Android phone. The phone works as expected, no nasty surprises so far, though it is still early days. I was very happy with the ordering process, and really pleased that I got this model of phone, which is increasingly difficult to find (plus it's really sad Sony isn't continuing the 5 series at all), and pleased that I got it for a decent price. I can see myself ordering my next phone through Back Market, provided that this one holds up.

Very pleased. Arrived on time. Superb condition. The inbuilt setup and data transfer from old phone went well helped by the inclusion of a usb-c to usb-c cable. Been using for a couple of weeks now and no problems at all.

The handset was unlocked but it had eastern language apps , and network apps so had to do a factory reset and uninstall all these apps, I feel the previous owner had it imported. The handset works great, looks great. other than the few issues I have stated I am very satisfied.

Device came in excellent condition, and works really well. It is hard to buy this model of phone and I love it, it's very compact, great screen and camara, still has headphone jack and SD card, and feels great quality. A minor issue but not enough to bother returning the device is that it seems to be a Japan model, meaning there are some quirks It Starts up in Japanese but it is easy to change the language, it has some pre installed Japanese apps that can't be deleted, you can't mute camara sounds (this is a law in Japan) and it seems to be 4G only on a UK sim.

the phone is really good, the only downer is the fact it boots up with chinese which i am not really happy with.

The phone arrived quickly, well packaged. it was left by the courier leaning against the front door in plain sight, I'm amazed it wasn't stolen! unpacked the phone, charged it, popped in a SIM card and switched it on, imagine my suprise when I was met with a Japanese splash screen, which cannot be removed, this shows that it's not a UK to phone, so the software is different. I can live with this as I turn really ever turn my phone off! The most annoying thing is that I've discovered that the fingerprint scanner doesn't work, it doesn't recognise a fingerprint, saying unable to read. I would ordinarily return this phone for repair or replacement/refund, but after reading multiple horror stories regarding issues with returns to your company and your lack to f resolution regards these matters, I have had to make a hard choice, that being, I won't be returning the phone I payed good money for because I don't trust I will get either a phone back or a refund. Due to the above I will NOT being doing any further business with your company, not will I recommend you to anyone, in fact I would actively dissuade anyone I know from dealing with yourselves. I was hoping for an easy pain free experience, but no, I am very disappointed and frustrated with your company I've no doubt that you won't take any notice if the above, that seems to be your companies M.O when there any issues.
