I bought this phone in 2022 and it has just given up the ghost, too old a model so there are no spare parts for it to be repaired. After 1 and a half years of use I am satisfied overall: I received my phone in its original packaging (it wasn't blister-packed). It was easy and instinctive to get to grips with, which was really nice! Charging with its original charger (fast charging in 10 minutes it took 80%) however the fast charging did not last and after 7-8 months, without knowing how or why I was never able to find this fast charging (without having changed the charging cable or tip). The storage capacity is as promised 128g (although please note that 8-11 gigabytes are automatically taken for the device to work properly). You can adjust the R.A.M., which isn't too bad as I used it a lot to play video games (like Genshin, it works really well with it). Photo quality: there's better and there's worse. All in all, I had a great experience and I'm sticking with the Realme now!
