Backmarket customer experience was first class. I bought an Apple Watch series 9, which I am slightly disappointed with. It is in excellent condition as described on the site. However, poor battery life is of particular concern to me. I’m still considering returning for exchange/ upgrade.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The quality of the Apple Watch is perfect. I also bought an iPhone a few months ago and that was perfect also. Never again will I buy brand new. Everything has been a 5* experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use black market again. Thank you

This was my second Apple Watch ordered from black market, I was originally apprehensive as the first watch I ordered broke after 2 weeks but after I was refunded I decided to buy this one and I’m really happy I did! The seller posted very fast and the watch, charger and accessories came in the original Apple packaging and the battery life is 100%. So far so good!
