Absolute con. Was sent through wrong item (which looks to be a common issue with this seller). Then had to jump through hoops to get it exchanged, just to be told the seller didn't actually have the item I ordered at all, so I was refunded, and out two weeks of my life and a service fee. Plus Backmarket tried to give me compensation, but only if I kept the incorrect item. Terrible all round!
