Ordered the product since the seller was musicMagpie, a well known reputed brand for refurbished items. However, what I received was completely below expectations. For a good condition watch (as described in cosmetic conditions) I received a watch that is below fair condition with heavy imperfections, sweat patches on the strap and scratches on the bezel (to an extent which make it look physically damaged due to some sort of impact). The link on the strap also has so much wear due to use. This clearly is not what is stated on the cosmetic description of a Good condition watch. I really wish BackMarket considered inspecting the product before getting it listed on their website. But it looks like backmarket are just an exchange place instead.

Watch arrived next day in very good condition. Very happy with my purchase on backmarket.

The watch I ordered in good condition came dirty, sweaty and lots of drop marks few minor scratches on the screen. Avoid! Not recommended! And no time left for replacement before Christmas!
