Bought several Samsung phones from Backmarket over the years and found them to be brilliant. My latest was a Galaxy S23+ dual sim sold by Best4tech. The phone arrived nicely boxed with a lead. The phone I ordered was supposed to be in excellent condition - it was mint. Over the moon with this purchase.

Phone was delivered earlier than expected, the phone itself (s23+)is like new no issues at all, would highly recommend purchasing a refurbished phone from back market.

Good value purchase and the phone arrived on time. I was surprised by the very basic packaging but the phone arrived in good condition. Very impressed with the battery performance compared to my last phone, and Android 14 is a big advance on Android 12! Very pleased that I decided to upgrade.

Overall the mobile was in good condition, saw several little knocks on the edge of the mobile, but maybe that's expected as it was in the 'good' range. Screen was impeccable. Outer packing great, but expected inner packaging to be more than a single layer of bubble wrap. No complaints as its an excellent mobile at a fair price, hence 4/5. This is my 4th purchase from Back Market and you've not failed me yet. Well done!

Phone in great condition. First time buyer. Very pleased with my purchase. The phone did not come in the original box/packaging but not really important. The only sign of usage was a bit of grime at the top (front) inside the crevice between the screen and the frame. Just needed some cleaning, that's all. Glad I saved lots of money by buying from here. New is for suckers. Will definitely buy from here again.
