I have asked for a black, second hand phone and i have received a blue brand-new-in-box one. Back Market contributing with environmental damage and slavery labor in Congo while it says it will delivery a refurbished second hand item. I truly wonder what's the point on buying here?

The product received was with a damaged. And the refund process is not very supportive. It's a long process. There is no proper option to directly state that it was damaged when received. the package was not damaged. so it seems the product is sent with the damage itself.
