Super happy with my new phone thanks! My first time buying a refurbished phone and would definitely do so again. The phone is exactly like new! Amazed tbh:D P.S. please secure the plastic bags you put the phones in with some sellotape, the phone did slide straight out and onto the floor when I opened the package! A hairy moment, but all ok in the end luckily!

I didn't want to pay the rediculas price of a new phone as they only cost around £30 to produce. I feel that its a total rip off. so I've decided to by refurbished phone. I don't need the latest model. I purchased a Samsung s22 in good condition and im chuffed to bits with the phone. not a mark on it and it looks like new. It came well packaged. really happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend. I will definitely buy my next phone again from Back Market.

Well, what can I say? I placed an order for a 2 year old Samsung mobile to replace the slow, older model in my wife’s possession. The new(er)phone arrived swiftly, well packaged, and in the gleaming condition as described. My wife is over the moon with the phone. We are extremely pleased with the purchase and the ease of the trade in. I do have to admit to having some reservations about ordering a used phone online, but dealing with Back Market has been an absolute pleasure. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Arrived in good time. Not totally sold on the phone - battery life is poor (apparently Samsung have reduced battery capacity compared to previous models) and the fact the phone rocks when trying to text when it's on a surface - because of the raised lens - is irritating!
