infact, it was amazing getting my Samsung z fold 5 on backmarket a day to my holiday travel, at first i doubt and risk the delivery date which was same date for my travelling and have to travel with the phone, but to my surprise, back market delivery the phone exactly on that day (less than 48hrs). I pick good when ordering, and when I got the phone its was in excellent condition, very clean like a brand new phone, and function perfectly. Thank you so much backmarket for not disappointing me.

I bought one in 'good' condition. I was expecting to see a bit more wear a tear TBF. I had to look hard to find a tiny scratch on the front screen and some bearly discernable marks on the big screen left by a stylus. there was what looked like a scuff on the bodywork but it cleaned off. The phone performs perfectly and I love it. refurbished is the way forward for me from now on. no regrets.

Love this phone. Honestly use it as a normal phone as the front screen is just a little smaller than my S24 but when I need it, it unfolds and boom mini tablet. All my apps adjust to full screen as well. Great bit of kit. Only down side is its a bit weighty so hoping the fold8 will be lighter as will definately upgrade to that. Phone arrived on time and in great condition. Whole Backmarket service was brilliant.
