The phone itself was great so definitely big credit to Samsung on that unfortunately even though I ordered the Z flip six in excellent condition the screen came damaged not flawless as it was advertised. I did however receive a refund but I wasn’t given back the refurbisher fee, so I will most likely not be using Back Market again Unfortunately.

Absolutely positively surprised by the condition of the device. I was absolutely not expecting a flawless refurbished phone when I made my order but it's basically brand new except for the box and cable. But I have plenty of charging cables at home so it didn't matter much. I will definitely be coming back to backmarket for other devices, I'm already thinking about some galaxy buds to go with my phone.

So happy with my new phone! Heard about back market from my sister and so glad I decided to get my galaxy flip6 from here. It came in perfect condition with good battery life so so pleased. I am always conscious of my environmental impact too so happy that refurbished phones are better for the Environment. Also, much cheaper than buying new so an absolute win win! I will definitely buy more from back market.

I had decided, after many years of having a monthly contract phone, to go for a monthly sim only contract and buy a refurbed phone, to reduce my monthly bill. Having previously bought a mac book on BackMarket, I decided to use them again and bought a Samsung Z6 flip in excellent condition. The phone arrived well packed and quickly, works perfectly, no marks at all and by trading in my old phone, has cost me under half the cost of a new phone, can't think why I've never done this before.

Really very easy to deal with Backmarket. Internet sight is easy to navigate. I'm delighted with my purchase, it was a very good price and I couldn't see any marks on the phone and the phone works perfectly.

This is my first time using BackMarket and I am amazed at the quality of support - the phone arrived in better condition than I was expecting, very promptly, and I have had absolutely no problems with getting it set up!
