The only doubts i had was the battery, but all is good 👍 I'd hate to think I bought this new, it's a great phone but madness at £500. Out of the three options of quality i went for excellent and it does seem like new! I got a Samsung S7(better than my old J6) faster and smarter for £99 unlocked!

Phone arrived before due date. Bought it as a present for my partner who had been using a Galaxy S3 mini which needed charging 2 to 3 times a day, even with new batteries. She's now getting used to the S7 and is loving it. It is in pristine condition and very good value for money. My experience of Back Market was tops. Would highly recommend.

The phone seems fine but the battery, though it charges to 100%, never seems to last very long with minimal usage and no apps running so I'll probably have to change the battery.
