    My phone arrived quickly and in good condition. But then I had to wait because I needed help to set it up. I am a non-tech-type person, no idea what to do. Then a friend said the sim card space was larger than on my very old phone that only had 8GB. So had to get the converter for that. It's working now but I'm very slowly getting used to it. Shame you can't provide any instructions to help non-tech- minded people.
