the customer service was always efficient the product was delivered to me even a day earlier despite the fact that I paid for it in instalments. I am writing with my new Samsung in working order which does not have a scratch as advertised.

I received my S25 in perfect condition with no scratches on the phone. I'm very pleased with my phone and the way it's been packed and delivered on time. I don't understand why it sometimes switches itself off and on again. I'm thinking of sending it back to have this fault repaired.
