All in all I'm very pleased with my Samsung S23+ I still have quite a big upgrade to upload onto my phone once that happens I will have a much more advanced phone. Thank you back market this is the only way that we can survive in our society is by refurbishing our old tech. Thank you soooo much I could never have afforded a new one.

I purchased a Galaxy S23+ advertised as in Excellent Condition. Delivery took one day and I was very pleased to see that the phone was like New. I traded-in my old S10+ which I thought was in Excellent Condition, the return packaging was supplied by Back Market. My assessment was excepted and the Trade-in value was transferred to my bank account. Back Market kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and of my trade-in, from start to finish. I am very happy with my 'New' phone and recommend Back Market to all.

In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

this phone isn't great, but sluggish, the face unlock is piss poor, and getting it to unlock any other way is frustrating, as usual Samsung tries to force their own apps and software on you, think I'll be going back to a pixel soon

Had some reservations over the whole notion of a buying a “Redfurbished” phone, particularly its condition. In the event, the phone was exactly as described, just some minor nicks on two of the corners (which are completely invisible when in its case) and the screen was as new. Really pleased with both the phone and the process involved in buying it, which was really slick: the phone was delivered less than 36 hours after ordering it - which I thought was pretty impressive. Would definitely recommend Backmarket and, in due course, will be back for another phone.

Whilst communication and delivery were spot on, I had paid extra for an excellent condition phone. However, there were light but noticeable scratches on the screen. Became very apparent when applying the screensaver. Not what Back Market says is excellent.
