Bought my first refurbished phone as a gift and got to say it probably won't be my last purchase. The phone was rated as good condition, but I would say it was more in excellent condition. Other than not having the original box the phone was in near pristine, I say near because there was one tiny and I mean tiny imperfection on the casing, but don't let this put you off as I had to look hard to find it!! Well worth the money on looks alone. I can't comment on the functionality because as I say it is a gift so I won't know about that till after Christmas :).

I treated mysel to a new phone last year for my birthday and After a couple of weeks I hated it, it was like a brick but stuck it out as long as I could till I couldn't stand it any more so decided to treat myself again this year. After being a little dubious about refurbished phones, I did some research and decided to go with Back market and so pleased I did its a S21 wasn't sure what rate to go for and settled on good I thought I can live with a few scratches witch hopefully wouldn't show under a case. Wow what a surprise it came within 48 hrs and is immaculate looks brand new. Well I must say I was a little dubious ordering a refurbished phone but honestly I'm more than happy with it. You wouldn't know it was refurbished at all. I went for the excellent condition samsung s21 and it's perfect and £95 cheaper than anywhere else offering the same phone.
