Galaxy S20+ 5G 128GB - Purple - Unlocked

Very clean phone, but only 78% battery health. However a refund was very quickly processed. 5 star help from back market, 3 star product.

After making two orders with a company that sounds like "Sex", first order phone was faulty and second order was a completely different model from the one ordered, I was understandably reticent to order online a third time. But, I ordered from Backmarket. My phone was in my hands on the third day, only because I missed the delivery on the second day, these guys use couriers that are not gonna leave your expensive device on the doorstep to get rained on and stolen. Properly packed with a sim removal tool included (no bent paperclips required). The device was perfect, not a mark on it, factory fresh but upgraded to the latest software, I was pleased this particular device already had a screen protector fitted. Being a techno philistine (my last phone was a galaxy s8 and I've only recent upgraded my stereo tube amplifiers after much research into the benefits of switch-mode power supplies and the shit load of distortion free power from Mos-Fets, if you know you know...). The Smart Switch process was easy and all my apps appeared on the new device. Yes, I had to log in again but I use the same passwords for everything (please don't hack me...) so all is working as I want it already. Order from Backmarket, you'll get what you want and it'll be better than you expected. Guess I better start taking selfie's, the camera on this thing would make David Bailey drool...

Purchased one day delivered the next. Bubble wrap security and an excellent product.

great phone exactly as described, delivered quickly. Trade in was a breeze got what I was quoted. Will definitely use again.

Battery capacity was a tiny bit below promise, but BackMarket was very responsive and the issue was resolved to my full satisfaction. Highly recommended. Why people pay 1-2-3 week's wages for a new phone when they can get a totally superb phone for a fraction of the cost on BackMarket is beyond me.

The Device is really good Could you suggest a Thin Screen Saver as I am a Builder and find that it gets Marked quite Easily.
