Battery capacity was a tiny bit below promise, but BackMarket was very responsive and the issue was resolved to my full satisfaction. Highly recommended. Why people pay 1-2-3 week's wages for a new phone when they can get a totally superb phone for a fraction of the cost on BackMarket is beyond me.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G phone was almost like new and holds charger really well. The phone was well packaged and came super quickly. I'm more than happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from the seller again.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20+ a couple of weeks ago, it arrived on time and was well packaged. It was rated as good condition with a used battery. I was very apprehensive about buying a second-hand phone but when I un-packed it I could not believe its condition, you would have thought it was a new phone. I could not find a single mark on it. The battery lasts a day and a half before it needs a charge, which is fine as I charge it most nights. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Apart from the battery not lasting long, which I half expected,I was gob smacked by how clean and spotless the phone was. It was marked as grade C! I'm a user of the S22 ultra and I was really taken aback by the difference it makes to have the plus version as opposed to the ultra version. I lost my S22ultra and my back up phone was really crap to put it bluntly, so I bought the S20plus from you knowing it's a bigger version of the S20 I previously had. I'm glad I lost my S22ultra(insurance replaced it eventually) and bought the S20plus from you, because I am seriously thinking of upgrading to the S24plus and not the S24ultra, and it's all because I bought the S20plus from you and the realisation of how lighter and more practical it is compared to the ultra versions. Phone exactly as described - case & screen free of scratches, battery seems OK, all hardware meets spec (memory & storage, etc.) comms hardware, (mobile network, Bluetooth & WiFi) all tested & working. Other hardware, compass, camera, etc. all appear to be working fine. Thanks for a great deal!
