I have ordered S10+ in Fair condition, for my son . Arrived 1 day earlier than expected. Very pleased .It came in Back Market small Carton box and not in S10+ box .But not damage happened during DPD courier shipping and To my surprise, Not scratches or dent anywhere. Really good condition. phone came with charging cable . This is not my first with BACK MARKET. Strong recommend Back Market. Very reliable in all aspects. Why pay extra money for new gadgets when we can get quality refurbished products in Back Market

Had my last Samsung Galaxy S10+ stolen so replaced it with the very same model - This one from Black Market came quickly and is in excellent condition although they marked it a very good - Really pleased with phone and service.

My Galaxy S10+ exceeded my wildest expectations. It is indistinguishable from new, what more could I ask. Plus, when you change phones you always tend to yearn for the familiarity of your old one. Not this time. I took to this new phone immediately and love it. Everything went so well. The price was brilliant; delivery was even one day earlier than originally indicated and the phone is great.

I bought a Galaxy S10+ for my husband for Christmas from Backmarket and it was perfect. Therefore, when I needed to uograde my Galaxy S9, I bought myself thw Galaxy S10+ too and I absolutely love it. There is no way Inwoukd get a new phone from my mobile provider and be charged a fortune every month foe 2 years. This makes much more sense and I highly recommend Backmarket. Also, they delivered it on a Sunday, days before it was due. I'm a happy bunny!

What a fantastic value for money. I have no regrets whatsoever. The quality of the refurb put it in the same class as brand new. I could have gone for a much later model of smartphone but stuck to an older model as it came with bags of storage plus additional memory card storage (up to 512Gb). That's the beauty of the older models as the newer models don't take memory cards. There isn't much that the later models can do that the older one can't do. I'm loving it ❤️
