It is far from what I thought it would be and is actually in excellent condition, not a single scratch or mark on it. Works perfectly. It arrived 2 days after buying so super fast delivery too. The delivery is quick but quite disappointed about the product itself. I bought Samsung galaxy note 20 refurbished but I didn't realise until I received the item, it's full of scratches and dents on the side, discoloration. The system works fine the screen protector attached to it is has a big hole in the middle of the screen I thought it's for fingerprint. I just want to say we should be seeing the actual photos of the item we are buying. So we can decide before hand
