The phone was ordered on Thursday delivered on Saturday. After a very close inspection I would say the phone was new. I know now why we have grandchildren, within half an hour everything was transferred from my old phone to the new one, thanks Connor. This was my second purchase from Back Market it won't be my last.

Received samsung a15 5g phone today, packaged very well, and in its own box, perfect condition. This is my 2nd order this year. Will be returning again for one more phone. Thank you for excellent service !!

Our "fair" condition A15 arrived in perfect condition. We transferred all data from the old phone and were all set up in 30 minutes. The phone was delivered quickly and we are now very happy with the phone. might be a second order soon.

I love this phone - it looks and behaves like a new phone! And yet I know it hasn't had the same environmental impact that buying a new phone would have had.

The phone had a lot of Indian apps, including what looks like a list of all banks in India. A couple of gaps in the box so not sure what else was in the original box, but 2 usb leads include so OK
