Hi, this is the second phone I have purchased from Backmarket, and I'm once again impressed with the item. It has a couple of almost undicernible marks , otherwise it looks brand new and works beautifully. I will be gifting this item. I hope the recipient of this phone will be as suitably impressed with it as I am. It will be used as a second phone, so I am not too concerned about the trick and flashy things you usually have. It doesn't matter in this instance. The battery lasts for a long time, this in itself is a godsend Thank you Backmarket you have exceeded yourself again. I got his to replace the same model bought as emergency cover to replace an old phone. The previous one was in the '' good'' category, and while it was glorious to simply have a working phone, it had issues such as a couple of sticking characters, slightly slow response, You get what you pay for, right ? I chose the '' excellent'' button this time round, and guess what ? No sticking letters, a much improved handling experience all round, and for not a huge difference in price ( I simply couldn't afford anything more 1st time round ). I really appreciate the choices of quality within the model range. You definitely, with this, my 3rd purchase, have a customer for an indefinite period of time. Arrived a day or so later than expected but I have to say it was very well packaged for transit and arrived in near perfect condition. Fantastic phone..like brand new. Functions working beautifully..no issues. Did not cost the earth, worth it, could have paid so much more for new.I was nervous at first. then I read and re-read the reviews, which where all great. Then I received the phone. Simple recycled packaging, minimum packaging. Just what is needed. You feel like you recieved something brand new. But you realise that the gorgeous phone that is now yours is actually saving the earth as well as recycling a preloved item.
