Fantastic experience all round. This is my second refurbished phone purchased in 'fair' condition from back market and the second time I'm baffled by the near pristine condition of the handset. This S22 ultra looks and feels brand new.

I seriously have a thrilling experience with Back market. I orderd a Fair condition phone when I received the phone it was in excellent condition I was amazed, but the phone had some bootloop and wifi disconnecting issue I send the phone back for a replacement and I received the replacement phone in 4days and it's in fair condition but I can surely say that it's a used phone not a refurbished and I love this thing everything is original even the Spen and it's quite pocket friendly then local market. I'm excited to shop again in future from Bank market and do recommend people to try to buy from them.

I was a bit dubious buying a refurbished phone, but how wrong I was. I've bought a fair condition S22 Ultra which I've upgraded from an A41 which is miles apart! The S22 is in really good condition and I am really happy with it. There are a few wear and tear scuffs on the case which I can live with as I always use a case, but the screen is immaculate which although it has got Gorilla glass I've fitted it with a screen protector. All the functions on the phone work really well and I have had no problems with it in the two weeks I've owned it. Great service from Back Market and I will definitely use them again.

Really happy with the purchase. I got good version of s22 ultra and showed it to my friends; all of them thought it was brand new. And the best part was their face when i told them the price. There's no visible marks or scratches on the screen. The battery life is lasting me pretty good too. The s pen is so smooth. The only visible thing that says its a refurbished one is a slight dent on the bottom edge of the phone but that'll be covered anyway with a phone case. My previous phone was Galaxy A52... and now I'm completely blown away by S22 ultra's performance and especially the camera. Really good service from back market. I received the order next day as i paid for the express service. I have already started recommending to my friends and I will definitely be buying some more products from here again..

paid for "good" condition phone which promises a perfect screen and there was one noticeable deep scratch on the screen when I received it. I didn't want to have to be without a phone for another week while it was replaced so I was offered a partial refund of around £20 for the inconvenience which is okay with me for not having to wait. other than that the phone is excellent but I'm not sure what refurbishment they do if it still has the same screen and battery and there was visible dirt around the sides the camera lenses. feels like I've bought a second hand phone rather than a refurbished one....
