Redmi note 13 pro ordered in "perfect condition". The price was very attractive compared to new, especially for such a recent phone. I'm absolutely delighted with the product, which I received in mint condition: packed in its original box, with a film already applied to the screen, and with all the accessories, including a protective case. Not the slightest micro-scratch or sign of use of the phone. Careful delivery, I sincerely recommend it.

I picked up the Xiaomi Redmi note 11 pro 5G in premium condition. I wasn't too confident because of the messages mentioning that some had received 4G instead of 5G but I gave it a go! What a surprise! What a GREAT surprise! It looks brand new! With the MI seals around the protections, the original box, a shell included and on top of that, the power pack AND the cable 😲 The photo quality is just incredible! So far, no bugs to report, I'm bluffed 🤯

Once again, I'm delighted with this new phone, which matches the description. Hoping not to be disappointed like the people in last night's report. But so far I've never had a problem with a Back Market seller. I hope it lasts 🤞

The product looks new, I have not noticed that it has been used before. Very good quality. Negative: a lot of ad invasion. The downloads of documents and PDF, quite messy, some are downloaded on one side and others in the download folder.

I have returned the product for prompt repair. The output speakers are distorted and do not work well. I have simply sent it back to be fixed or to be provided with one of the same characteristics. For its condition, impeccable. I don't want a refund. I want the phone in perfect condition. Thank you and I will write when I get it back.
