The phone is good but my touchscreen is not working anymore. The reason: no idea, it just happened one morning.

Impeccable. The product is of good quality and complies with the description given on the site. I just had to do a few things to change the operating system (flash the ROM to change the carrier service and update to the latest version of Android supported by the device). Exactly what I expected. Arrived a little late but still quick! But perhaps you should delete the previous owner's numbers and contacts beforehand. They were still there.

Well, I'm definitely satisfied - the only thing I didn't like was the one fairly deep scratch on the back of the mobile phone. Still, no reason to return it. The mobile phone works perfectly and the battery lasts very well. The headphones and the adapter for the aux cable are not of good quality, the adapter is already broken due to a kink while cycling and with the headphones the holder between the earpiece and the cable is loose so that I can see the knot that is supposed to hold the cable in place but the audio is more than acceptable. All in all I am satisfied.
