it was nice looking and clean. The battery is rubbish and the phone overheats and can't keep up with using GPS directions and playing podcasts at the same time. It doesn't matter how good the charger is.

The phone looks awesome it's as described in mint condition etc my only issue is how they package them for delivery When your buying a £275 phone I don't expect it to arrive just loosely rattling around in a box with no protection at all other than a plastic sleeve there was no bubble wrap or anything I'm actually surprised the phone wasn't damaged in transit If they just packaged the items a little better it would of been a 5 star experience but I will have to give them 4 stars because of it

The phone looked good and everything worked very well except the fingerprint application....it was impossible to use as I could not open my phone that way😔... I had to factory reset 3 times before it started gradually and slowly to work...it's fine now and works ok...a little disappointing initially... I also have a find x3 Neo so I am very familiar with this model
