3.4/5Estoy bastante decepcionado y me gustaría descambiarlo hay varios problemas y es en la primera vez después de cuatro o cinco productos que he comprado con vosotros tanto iPads como varios terminales de móviles que tengo problemas. El teléfono la batería dura muy muy poco es decir a mediodía casi sin uso ya está al 20% o como mucho el 30. La calidad del sonido al hablar con otras personas se me quejan de que no me oyen bien y he tenido que reiniciarlo varias veces tengo la última actualización de software etcétera y durante el uso hay veces que no responde en fin muy mal me gustaría saber el proceso para iniciar la devolución gracias
