Excellent quality. It is as new. I have had the OnePlus Open Black for 18 months (which broke when I removed the internal screen) .... Then I recently ordered and received the OnePlus Open Apex edition. This is a beautiful device. The ONLY issue is the battery, which is perfect, but compared to the OnePlus 15 is inferior. However, the phone itself is superb quality. The battery is as expected compared to my original brand new OnePlus Black. I have decided to keep both the OnePlus Open Apex and the OnePlus 15 and alternate between the two phones as required. (It's easy to virtual sim swap and also Whatsapp alternate device via backup. Anyway thanks again, fast enough and as long as you take care of the battery it's perfect.

Delivered today, I have many "uncertainties". Premising that I paid an extra €5 for Fed-Ex Express shipping, the order was to be delivered between 19/03 and 20/03. The tracking changed to the wrong delivery day, first indicating 24/03/2026, then bringing the delivery day to 19/03, and then after the delivery didn't take place (making me waste an important working day to stay at home to receive the parcel) the tracking changed indicating 20/03, which is today, when I fortunately get the call from the courier and pick up the parcel. The product was packed in a small cardboard box and poorly protected from possible bumps and shocks that could happen during the journey When I open the device, it looks perfectly and aesthetically intact. The outer screen and its edges are free of scratches and signs of wear, but the real horror is seen when you open the inner display, as you can see in the photos, it is full of nail marks and very visible scratches, which only disappear with the display on and very low brightness. Now you may ask "In what condition did you order the product?", I ordered it in Excellent condition, as stated on my review description. In addition, even the physical edges of the bump screen seem to have haloes, i.e. six wear scratches, typical of foldables (I know this because I have had experience with other foldables). Then, apart from a few marks on the photo bump, I have to report the assistance of this scam site (don't always trust the reviews, they can remove them at any time and add as many positive reviews as they want, so don't always trust what you read), which only responded quickly to messages before the order was delivered, and when I wrote today, pointing out these problems related to the aesthetics of the product (which fortunately is fully functional) they gave no sign of life, they literally disappeared and I SPENDED 1125€ FOR THIS PRODUCT, I repeat, 1125€ FOR A PHONE RECONDITIONED END OF 2023. Dear back market customer service, I hope you are solicited by my review, otherwise I will give you tutti☺️. Instead, I hope this review was helpful to you users who are interested in high end technology products at a low price, don't trust the bargain prices and 5 Star reviews, unfortunately dreams are destined to remain dreams. Buy new products, then you will have a real guarantee and a product that has no problems!
