I'd definitely recommend this site, which I really enjoyed browsing. The visual style is clean and pleasant, as are the little jokes that made me smile. What's more, it's easy to use. However, I would have greatly appreciated being able to choose a protective case (and if possible tempered glass) other than for I-phones, firstly to be delivered at the same time and optimise the phone's chances of survival, and secondly because it's either difficult or expensive to find one elsewhere. However, I realise that this is not your area of expertise, i.e. refurbishing phones. As for the aesthetics of the product, I've been informed of the condition of the casing, but I think it's important to see the damage to the casing so as not to be surprised when you open the pack and to help you choose between two or more phones. However, once again, I'm fully aware that the condition of the casing is not your responsibility and that you don't repair them. Finally, I found the customer service very competent (from what I've tested). Delivery was quicker than expected. Thank you very much and I wish you all the best for the future.
