Je commence a en avoir ras le bol !!!!!!! Je veux être remboursée, et vous me dites de passer pas l'assurance mais que "ATTENTION la déclaration auprès de l'assurance doit avoir lieu dans les 10 jours suivant l'apparition du problème." Mais voilà, cela fait bien plus de 10 jours. Le 01 février vous m'avez annoncé qu'un remboursement devait être fait... Depuis j'attends... Puis on me dit que je vais avoir un bon d'achat.... Puis finalement que c'est l'assurance qui doit me rembourser sauf que maintenant le délai est dépassé...
