BackMarket as an online platform for refurbished appliances is perfect. Communication was excellent and super fast. The Mac Book Pro also works perfectly so far. However, I was a little disappointed with the condition. They said it was "good", but I received a MacBook Pro with a clear dent on the outer edge of the screen and on the keyboard body on the left-hand side. This is also immediately noticeable, as the curves on the display are no longer round but square at this point. Apart from that, I've been really happy with the device so far.

I ordered it with a new battery. I have to say that the battery still runs out quickly. Sometimes the screen just goes black in between and after a few minutes it runs normally again. Otherwise everything works well, it runs quickly and does its job.
