Hello, Product quality: screen comes off after 2 months and stops working. Poor condition and not very good condition as indicated by the retailer. Customer service: responsive but unfortunately they do not question the merchant or retailer of the product. The retailer can easily deny responsibility. Blackmarket: No checks or tests on the product before it goes on sale. Misleading advertising (the screen in the website photo is the original but the product received is not). The retailer had already repackaged it with the wrong glue. At the moment I have no confidence in buying from this site, which claims to be the number 1 refurbishing site in France. Best regards.
