Microsoft Surface Pro 8 13-inch (2020) - Core i7-1185G7 - 16GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTZ - German

The device arrived well packaged and in very good condition, as expected. It was ready to go having been set up with a generic "user" account. I suspect many people might consider this a bonus, however I prefer to set up my machine from scratch, so for me that was a slight disappointment and a little hassle.

Delivery was speedy. However, the condition of the device differed from the condition ordered. The Surface runs perfectly and still has a battery capacity of >80% according to the battery report. The keyboard is undamaged and is comfortable to type on.

I got a Pro 8 to replace a Pro 2, and of course it's still as comfortable to use as ever, with more memory and a faster processor, despite an increasingly greedy system. Perfect as an ultra-mobile PC.

Top delivery and payment processing. Product gets a slight deduction: Condition is very good as described, but the supplied QWERTY keyboard is a pasted-over QWERTY keyboard (i.e. the non-QWERTY keys are pasted over with QWERTY representations). This means that the Enter key is not located on 2 key lines (QWE... and ASD...) as with QWERTY, but only on the ASD... line. This is very inconvenient for 10-finger operation. In addition, the Z and Y keys have been swapped instead of glued over and the Z is unfortunately slightly askew. This can cause scratches on the display. However, I accept this for the price compared to the new price.

For a second-hand appliance, it is in very good condition. Conforms to the description. Very fast and careful delivery.

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition, indistinguishable from a new device. So far there is nothing to criticise.
