Laptop came quickly and exactly as expected. Perfect service! Paid extra for the 'excellent' condition but arrived with a different (material) keyboard to the one pictured, this material had a brown stain on it. The material was also frayed and damaged on all the edges. Im not sure why, as i am writing this it states condition as 'very good' but i paid for and the invoice shows 'excellent' The outer surface of the laptop had very visible large scratches. The laptop came with an American charger lead with no adaptor.so this things been shipped over from the states to. All in all pretty poor first experiance here, didn't receive the laptop anywhere close to the promised condition so who knows what the refurb job is like.
