    Item arrived with an American keyboard (layout is slightly different from UK), but was in excellent condition. Contacted the seller and all their items have American keyboards. They come with the American and UK charger. This really should be made clear in the listing, especially as the photos are not of the laptop they list (the listed laptop is the one that arrives). The reason I give 4/5 instead of something lower was because it was well packaged, in excellent condition and the seller offered a free return with full refund so I consider my issues rectified.
