    So pleased with my laptop so far, working perfectly and in great condition. Only picked the "fair" option for quality but it turned up in really good condition and was such a bargain. Genuinely delighted with my purchase.

    This laptop arrived a day ago however, to my dismay the laptop switched on for 30 minutes and it warned for low battery despite of it being fulled charged the night before. I later put it on the charger but it wouldn’t switch on. This is shocking beyond! I have assignments to hand in and this is what I have to face with this newly delivered laptop. There is no direct contact phone number for this company! I wonder how this company can be legitimate!! This is a proper scam. I am sending this back straight away for my refund as I don’t have time to waste.
