I was highly disappointed! What was sold was basically a “desktop” and not a tab. This device wouldn’t work without being connected to the power cable; battery was also on 0% throughout, even after being charged for a reasonable amount of time -- all on the same day it was delivered, and despite purchasing in “Good” condition. Also was my first time purchasing something on Backmarket, and now having to return it. I’m also quite skeptical of ever trying to even search for another gadget to purchase, because of the very disappointing experience with the seller who thought it was right to sell this very bad Microsoft Tablet!

A fortnight ago I bought this product. Arrived in the expected condition, excellent in operation. Apart from the case, which has some very small signs of use, I find it hard to believe that it is not new. Excellent.

Punctual delivery, product absolutely conforms to the description and at an amazing price, and really if it weren't for a few irrelevant details, it would be really difficult to distinguish it from new ... battery (after lightening up the operating system a bit) that easily holds me 12 hours between standby and medium/light use! And last but not least, the planet thanks you for not having increased further hitech waste. Thanks Back Market I will definitely be back

Everything went like clockwork, from making the order to receiving the delivery. The Microsoft Surface Go 2 arrived in the condition that it was advertised in, excellent.

Very good first impression both in terms of the whole process and the product. I hope that the continuation will be similar and that I will not have any problems in its operation. If it goes well I will become a regular customer without a second thought.

Just read war reviews to see if this is what. I must honestly say it is a top notch device. So the next laptop or surface is going through Backmarket
