I love the concept of this business but there are clearly some serious operational issues that need ironing out. Delivery for a trackpad I ordered still hasn't arrived 20 days after I ordered. I enquired with their customer service as it seems they've delivered it to somewhere other than the delivery address I've provided. No help whatsoever. The keyboard I ordered arrived in great condition, but it had the charger missing but it doesn't have a back light as the description indicated it would. It's difficult to get through to anyone real on customer service (you have to type a message and then wait up to 24 hours for a reply) - and if you order two things at the same time, they aren't part of the same order, they're seen as separate. I had a call from their customer service team who was advising me on something, but when I asked a question about the other order, he said he could only help me with one of them....it's all bit disorganised and frustrating.
