    The MacBook Pro was in excellent condition. The whole experience from searching the Back Market website to receiving the item was perfect. Knowing that buying refurbished is better for the planet is good. I don’t think I’ll ever buy new again.

    I have ordered a good condition of macbook pro i7... The shipping was fast and when it arrived I was shocked it looked brand new very clean felt like I have ordered a new laptop. I have been using it for 4 weeks now no issue. The battery cycle count was 350. I know this model gets hot and drain the battery but no regrets here.

    I am very happy with Back Market. The service was great in terms of communications, product and timing. I am not so happy with its keyboard that seems to respond over-sensitively to anything that comes near it! I frequently find that the text I am typing has ended up in the middle of a previous sentence before I have even noticed. I used to dislike this about some PCs and thought is was one of the many advantages of a Mac over a PC... i.e. that the keyboard was a friendly companion that stayed by my side, not a hyper puppy that was always running ahead!
