I bought a 15" Macbook Pro on your site which was described as being in "good" condition. The item arrived doesn't match that good condition as per your definition of it. Good condition isn't supposed to have any scratch on the screen but it has two (see picture). It also has a large and very visible even from afar ding on the back of the screen where the Apple logo is (see photo), and a deep dent/ding on one of the corner (see photo) which can only be the result of the laptop having a massive shock/fall in the past and could end up affecting the overall performance of the computer from the aftermath of that shock. On top of all of that, the laptop has a battery issue - upon turning it on for the first time when I received the item, it states that the battery needs to be serviced (see photo) and its capacity is "significantly reduced".
