First experience with BackMarket. Excellent price/quality offer. Purchased in excellent condition refurbished MacBook Pro with slight smudges (glue residue or similar), a dent in the back of the screen casing which I did not expect but which does not disturb use. One keypad without backlight (arrow at the bottom) but also passable. Touchbar perfect and screen without a scratch.

The computer is very good it only has a few scratches but not excessive things, it would seem to work well if it weren't for a few bugs that it has from time to time, it wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that I use the Mac for work and so if they occur too often they become a hindrance. Nevertheless the product is good and the delivery was on time. Congratulations on the service

product arrived a day early, only a few slight scratches on the left side (but then again I had chosen the "Good condition" option between "excellent" and "excellent". Works like new. no flaws. Very satisfied with the product and the back market service always impeccable,. I have also taken an IPAD series 4 and my comment is always the same: impeccable service and product! buy used products, you also contribute to the well-being of the climate.

So far everything seems fine maybe the only small thing that seems to drain very quickly and a small mark on the foreign body I had bought the excellent grade
